Specializing in Human and Organizational Behavior

I combine a PhD in Human Behavior with 15 years of experience leading organizational change. My background in the technology sector includes designing new experiences for customers, transforming enterprise-wide workflows, and making order out of chaos.

After an extensive career of instigating change at Fortune 100 companies and a few small-but-mighty startups, I created my company - Double Tall Consulting. Now I work with business leaders and organizations of all sizes to remove barriers.

Blending humor, storytelling, and evidence-based approaches, my approach is to meet people where they are and show them a way forward. I am also the author of two books and frequently speak at conferences, events, and podcasts related to building inclusive organizations, navigating resistance, and influencing change.

 I created Double Tall Consulting in 2016 to fill a gap many organizations face: how to shift their Inclusion and Diversity initiatives from "good intentions" to effective, measurable, safe, and meaningful results.

Before that, I spent 20 years working in the tech industry. I've been responsible for creating new experiences for customers, launching global products, and transforming enterprise-wide workflows.

Today, I apply that design approach across a variety of content types, products, and experiences. It’s through this lens that I work with clients to realize how the words they use, the images that represent them, and the values reflected through their messaging are experienced by others.
